Crowd chants to defund the Minneapolis Police Department at rally

Nine Minneapolis City Councilmembers announced their support for disbanding and de-funding the Minneapolis Police Department Sunday afternoon. The crowd gathered at Powderhorn Park started a chant of "De-fund MPD."
