Gov. Walz optimistic mask mandate will help slow spread

As the mayor of Minneapolis is starting to add more restrictions at bars due to COVID-19, Governor Tim Walz says he isn't planning to do something similar statewide and says he's optimistic the statewide mask mandate will help slow the spread.
