BCA investigating after St. Paul police officer exchanges gunfire with suspect, suspect still at large

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating after a suspect exchanged gunfire with a police officer in St. Paul, Minnesota Monday night. The suspect is still at large.
