Minnesota governor says announcement possibly coming Tuesday on new coronavirus restrictions

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said he does not want to issue a statewide shutdown again, but he appears to be ready to impose new restrictions on places where young people congregate, such as restaurants and bars.
