Appeals court affirms Mohamed Noor conviction in Justine Ruszczyk shooting

The Minnesota Court of Appeals has affirmed former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor’s third-degree murder conviction in the July 2017 shooting death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond.
