Minneapolis police officer's alleged punch during carjacking arrest captured on Facebook video

A Facebook video posted Wednesday night has been circulating online because it appears to show a Minneapolis police officer punching a detained suspect. Police Chief Medaria Arradondo said the incident, which occurred while officers were trying to make arrests in a New Hope carjacking, is under investigation.
