Protesters gather near the scene where a man died after being shot by police in Brooklyn Center

A man died Sunday after he was shot by police and then shortly after involved in a vehicle crash in Brooklyn Center, the police department reports. Protesters soon gathered at the scene and later at the Brooklyn Center Police Department as a result.
