Video shows near-miss before wrong-way crash on I-35W

Dash camera video from Navdeep Singh shows a wrong-way driver involved in a police chase nearly hitting his vehicle before troopers say he later caused a crash on I-35W on Sunday. No serious injuries were reported from the crash.
