Walz pledges to end all COVID-19 restrictions in Minnesota by July 1

Gov. Tim Walz announced his timeline Thursday for reopening Minnesota. Walz said he will end restrictions on businesses by May 28 and remove the statewide indoor mask mandate by July 1.
