Popular Paddle Share program on Mississippi River returns this weekend

The popular Paddle Share program returns this weekend. It gives adventure seekers a chance to kayak the Mississippi River without having to own or transport a kayak. You can rent one on site and hit the open water. FOX 9’s Shayne Wells shows us how it works.
