Gov. Walz says lawmakers have made 'good progress' on budget but stuck on police reform

As the legislatures moves ahead with some budget bills , Governor Walz says Republicans have budged on larger police issues and the governor thinks the deal will likely "disappoint" some advocates hoping for bigger changes.
