Fried chicken the hot cuisine in Uptown

One spot opened last week. It’s called CHX and it’s from a trio of friends who made a name for themselves offering window service in Downtown Minneapolis during the pandemic. CHX now has a permanent spot on Hennepin and 22nd. The menu focuses on chicken tenders, their honey biscuits and crinkle fries.
