I-35W downtown to crosstown project comes to an end

The four-year, $240 million Interstate 35W Downtown to Crosstown project has come to an end at least. A grand reopening ceremony will be held Friday afternoon, but drivers were already able to enjoy the newly reopened I-94 flyover ramp during the morning commute.
