Mohamed Noor's 3rd-degree murder conviction reversed by Minnesota Supreme Court

The Minnesota Supreme Court reversed former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor's third-degree murder conviction in the deadly 2017 shooting of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, writing that the circumstances of the case did not indicate a depraved mind mental state.
