Spooky decorations abound in Anoka's Halloween house decorating contest

Anoka is believed to be the first city in the U.S. host a Halloween event back in 1920. Ten years later, the celebration is still going strong. Shayne Wells checked out one of the haunted homes entered in the decorating contest.
