Minneapolis shooting: Witness encountered suspect moments before incident

FOX 9’s Soyoung Kim spoke with a woman who encountered the suspected shooter inside the downtown Minneapolis apartment moments before the incident unfolded. She said the man grabber her and told her he was going to "Kill my baby mama."
