ICE in MN: Ellison speaks at student protest about surge

Students in St. Paul walked out of school and held a rally at the Minnesota State Capitol on Wednesday to protest ICE. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison spoke about the "surge" of ICE in Minnesota.
