Fact-checking DHS claims on ICE detainers at MN jails

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security claims that there are 1,360 people with ICE detainers inside Minnesota prisons and jails. FOX 9's Corin Hoggard did not find any data to back up that claim despite repeatedly asking federal authorities to provide proof.
