Jacob Frey blasts JD Vance over ICE operations after Minneapolis visit

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey held a Thursday night news conference after Vice President JD Vance visited the city earlier in the day. He was highly-critical of Vance, accused ICE of racial profiling and thinks Vance's visit was political theater.
