Video shows ICE agent fatally shooting woman in Minneapolis

FOX 9 has obtained several angles of a federal agent fatally shooting a woman in Minneapolis Wednesday morning during an immigration operation. One angle appears to show an agent about to be hit by a vehicle before shots are fired. FOX 9's Karen Scullin has the latest.
