The holiday will remain peaceful and gray with a light breeze.
The cloud cover is expected to stick around all day Wednesday and into Thursday.
Looking ahead
Temperatures will likely warm up to the mid to upper 30s on Thursday.
A patchy drizzle is expected to work its way into the area on Thursday afternoon.
Rain will then roll into Minnesota on Friday with temperatures reaching the 40s.
