Sunday night tornado spotted west of Owatonna, Minn.
(KMSP) - The National Weather Service confirmed a tornado on the ground 13 miles west of Owatonna, Minn., near Waseca, Minn. at 8:21 p.m. There were no reports of major damage. A tornado warning that was issued for south central Minnesota expired before 8:45 p.m., and warnings closer to the Twin Cities metro expired by 9:45 p.m.

Tornado on Kansas-Nebraska border
