3 arrested in St. Paul after reported kidnapping turns into SWAT call
ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 9) - St. Paul police took three people into custody after a reported kidnapping turned into a SWAT response.

What we know:
Police say they responded shortly after 2 p.m. after being tipped off about a possible kidnapping at a residence on the 700 block of Payne Avenue, just steps away from the Eastern District police station.
After investigating, police said they determined the tip was "valid", which in turn sparked a SWAT response.
Ultimately, police say the people inside the home left the building peacefully. Three people were taken into custody while a fourth person, who police believe is the victim, was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Our crew at the scene said police began to clear the scene around 4:30 p.m.

Officers say the investigation into the incident is ongoing. It's unclear if all three individuals in the home will face charges.
