I-94 back open near St. Cloud after multiple semi crashes

Update (12:21 p.m.): All lanes of I-94 are now open. 

Interstate 94 is closed between Clearwater, Minnesota and St. Augusta south of St. Cloud due to multiple crashes involving semis. 

High sustained winds, wind gusts and ice or snow covered roads have created hazardous driving conditions from west central to southwestern Minnesota. Motorists are advised to avoid unnecessary travel

Snow, rain, sleet and rain are all expected to continue Thursday into Friday.
