Indoor golf entertainment venue coming to Brooklyn Center

BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn. (KMSP) - It should come as no surprise that most Minnesota golfers don't want to put away their clubs come winter. Well, pretty soon they won't have to.

Topgolf is planning to open one of its indoor golf venues in Brooklyn Center. The 65,000-square foot facility will have more than 100 hitting bays across three different levels, 11 outfield targets and a 50-table restaurant. Bays, which fit up to six people, cost $25 to $45 an hour, depending on the time of the day.

Brooklyn Center is holding a public hearing in June with a possible vote at the end of next month.
