Minneapolis shooting victim identified as 19-year-old man
MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - Police have identified the man shot and killed outside New Bethel Baptist Church in Minneapolis Wednesday evening as 19-year-old Elija Larkin of Minneapolis.
Minneapolis police say two people got into a physical altercation near 30th Ave. N. and Emerson Ave. N., resulting in one shooting the other. The victim died at the scene. Police said it appears the two knew each other.
The suspect fled the area and is still at large. No one has been taken into custody.
