MnDOT has released its planned construction projects for the summer.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) hosted an open house at Woodbury’s City Hall on Tuesday to get drivers in the area on the same page ahead of a $120 million road construction project that will cause delays over this summer and next.

This isn't your average Minneapolis pothole. The pavement along Girard Avenue South in Uptown has caved in, creating a sinkhole in the city street.

The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a fatal crash near Howard Lake Tuesday morning. 

More than a dozen rail cars on a BNSF train derailed near Raymond, Minnesota, early Thursday, with several derailed tankers carrying ethanol starting on fire. 

The crash report indicates two cars were headed northbound on Highway 23 near 246th Avenue in Munson Township at 6:35 a.m. when the driver of a pickup truck rear-ended a sedan.

The cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul announced Tuesday they will lift their one-sided winter parking restrictions. 

Highway 62 in both directions was closed between Minnesota 77 and 34th Avenue on Monday morning following a fatal crash and a second crash involving a squad car and fire truck.

An 83-year-old man from Plainview, Minnesota, died in the crash.

Unfortunately, Minnesota does not recognize the "Get Out of Jail Free" card as a valid document, authorities said.
