Police chase ends in crash, motorcyclist flees

Early Monday morning Minnesota State Troopers engaged in a chase with a motorcycle on northbound 35E. The motorcycle then crash and the driver fled on foot, troopers say. The driver was apprehended moments later. State Patrol says the investigation is on going.
