Minneapolis mayor calls on Hennepin County Attorney to charge arresting officer in death of George Floyd

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey called on Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman to file criminal charges against the arresting officer who knelt on the neck of George Floyd before his death.
