What's next for Luigi Mangione after guilty plea?
Luigi Mangione has plead guilty to federal stalking charges in the killing of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. His plea resolves one of two cases against him in connection with the killing. Mangione is set to go on trial next month on state murder charges, but his attorneys could seek to have that case thrown out on double jeopardy grounds. Defense attorney Bruce Rivers of Rivers Law Firm spoke with FOX 9’s Rob Olson about what’s next for Mangione.
