Tour 15 Summit and Ramsey Hill homes this Sunday
The Historic Hill House Tour returns Sunday in St. Paul, offering a self-guided look inside 15 homes in the Summit and Ramsey Hill neighborhoods. The tour runs from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday and proceeds go directly toward neighborhood projects, including park upgrades and community grants. Among the homes featured is the Schuneman House at 489 Grand Hill — a 100-year-old residence designed by architect Alan Stem, who is also known for his work on the University Club and Grand Central Station.
