Minneapolis shooting: Mayor Frey asking judge for restraining order
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said the City of Minneapolis is filing a declaration after Saturday's shooting to encourage the judge to rule on a temporary restraining order on Monday that would grant immediate relief and would help stop the federal operation "that has been so harmful to the city of Minneapolis" that has resulted in multiple shootings and deaths.
