Minneapolis shooting: Border Patrol kills man [12:50 p.m. update]

Federal Border Patrol agents fatally shot a Minneapolis man Saturday morning. This is the third shooting involving federal agents since Renee Good was fatally shot by an ICE agent on Jan. 7. Protesters have gathered at the scene of the shooting. Chemical irritants are being used on large crowds.
