2019 Lynx tickets on sale now, team announces theme nights

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - The Minnesota Lynx are looking to get back to championship form next month when they open up the 2019 WNBA season.

The team announced Friday that tickets for their 17 regular season games at Target Center are now on sale online or at 612-673-8400.

The team's home opener is scheduled for Saturday, May 25 when the Lynx host the Chicago Sky.

Other notable matchups including June 8 vs. Los Angeles, July 17 vs. Seattle and July 24 vs. Washington.

In addition, the Lynx will again feature College Night special ticket pricing for all Monday through Thursday home games. College Night tickets are just $10 with valid student identification.

The first home preseason game will be against Washington May 10. Tickets for that game are available online now.

Season ticket memberships are also on-sale online.

Aug. 22 - Breast Health Awareness Night presented by Mayo Clinic - Dallas

Aug. 25 - STEM Night presented by Science Museum of Minnesota - Las Vegas

Aug. 27 - Back to School Night Presented by Rasmussen College - Chicago
