Body found in St. Paul garage identified as 47-year-old man

ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - St. Paul Police have identified the man whose body was found in a garage in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood Friday as Allan Bishara Aguilar, 47, of St. Paul.

Aguilar was found around 3 p.m. on Friday in a garage on the 600 block of Lawson Avenue East after police received a call from a concerned citizen. Police said the body had been there for a while, possibly weeks.

Police are investigating Aguilar’s death as a homicide.

Two people were arrested over the weekend in connection with the death. John Michael Erickson, 49, was arrested under suspicion of murder. Patricia Dawn Yucker, 47, was arrested for interfering with the body and concealing evidence. The two lived in the home attached to the garage where the body was found, and were arrested after a line of questioning by police.

The Ramsey County Medical Examiner has not released the cause of death.
