A delivery truck smashed into two homes in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, late Tuesday morning, causing a gas leak.

According to police, the truck hit the two homes around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday on the 9600 block of Linden Lane, resulting in the damage of a natural gas pipeline. One home was vacant at the time of the crash, but the other had a resident inside, who was unharmed.

Due to pipeline damage, Centerpoint Energy is urging residents in the area to evacuate their homes until the gas leak is fixed.

It’s not known what exactly caused the accident, but the two people inside the truck had only minor injuries and the driver was transported to a nearby hospital.

The crash remains under investigation.
