Man pleads guilty in fatal Burnsville Dollar Tree shooting
BURNSVILLE, Minn. (KMSP) - A South St. Paul man pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the November shooting at Dollar Tree in Burnsville, Minnesota.
28-year-old Grant Hendrickson pleaded to one count each of murder in the second degree and attempted murder in the second degree in connection with the fatal shooting of 69-year-old Donald Hortsch of Rosemount, Minn., and the attempted shooting death of a 26-year-old man on Nov. 7 at Dollar Tree.
The 26-year-old victim was paralyzed below the waist after being shot twice.
