Indiana Amber Alert suspect driving with Minnesota plates

(KMSP) - UPDATE: The man in question was located at a rest stop in Illinois. He surrendered without incident. Witnesses say police gave one of the little girls a teddy bear for comfort.

A suspect in an Amber Alert issued in Indiana has ties to North Branch, and is thought to be driving a car with Minnesota plates.

The Anderson, Indiana police department is investigating the abduction of three children, thought to be abducted by their father, Blake Rindahl.

According to Indiana police, the children were last seen at 2:00 p.m. and are believed to be in extreme danger.

Adyson Rindahl is 2 years old, 30 pounds, with brown collar length hair. She has blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a white polka-dot shirt and diaper.

Peyton Rindahl is 2 years old, 30 pounds, with brown collar length hair. She has brown eyes, and was last seen wearing pink halter top and diaper.

Jayden Rindahl is 8 months old, 22 pounds, with blonde curly hair. He has brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a diaper.

Rindhal, the children's father, is 5'11, and 215 pounds. He has short brown hair and blue eyes.

The vehicle in question is a silver 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora with Minnesota plate 399VED.
