MY VIEW: Distracted driving in Minnesota

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (FOX 9) - FOX 9's General Manager Sheila Oliver is giving her opinion on a timely topic: distracted driving.

The hands-free law in Minnesota goes into effect on August 1. Then, drivers will not be able to make calls while holding their phones behind the wheel.
