MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (KMSP) - Roo Roo the two-legged dog is enjoying the snow in the Twin Cities!

We first told you about the 4-year-old terrier a couple of months ago when Secondhand Hounds rescued her from a high-kill shelter in Kentucky and brought her to a foster home in Minnesota to get a second chance. She doesn't have her two front legs, but she does everything other dogs do, just on two paws instead of four.
