Minnesota weather: Snow doesn't stop Halloween trick-or-treaters

Despite the snow earlier Thursday and the chilly weather, it didn’t stop kids from enjoying Halloween. After it being 80 degrees earlier in the week you’d think a spell was cast for Halloween after the snowfall and cooler temperatures weather. But as you know, it is just the Minnesota way.

It's been a weather whiplash week in Minnesota. Tuesday had a record high with temperatures just shy of 80 degrees, and two days later, the first snow of the season will fall on Halloween.
