Here's a look back at the decorated career of Ellen DeGeneres.

Ellen DeGeneres has canceled several performances of her comedy stand-up tour "Ellen’s Last Stand… Up."

There was no specific reason provided for the cancelations. Ticketmaster wrote a message on its website stating, "Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event."

Ticketmaster continued, "You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days."

Cities with canceled tickets include Dallas (July 10), San Francisco (July 21), Seattle (July 23) and Chicago (August 11).

In May, the comedian and TV host announced the tour, writing on social media, "To answer the questions everyone is asking me – yes, I'm going to talk about it. Yes this is my last special. Yes, Portia really is that pretty in real life."

The tour has put DeGeneres back on stage following the end of her run on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in 2022.

That ending came two years after a workplace scandal involving former staff members, who alleged they faced intimidation and racism while working on the popular daytime talk show The controversy derailed her career and damaged her reputation in 2020.

During her first return to the comedy stage in April, the former host reflected on getting "kicked out of show business" for being "mean."

"What else can I tell you?" she sarcastically told fans, according to Rolling Stone. "Oh yeah, I got kicked out of show business. There’s no mean people in show business."
