Man fatally shot after dispute in St. Paul
ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 9) - Police are investigating a shooting that left a young man dead Sunday night in St. Paul.
According to police, at about 8:45 a.m., police received a call about shots fired at the intersection of 7th Street East and Mounds Boulevard. When they arrived, officers found a male believed to be in his late teens inside a vehicle. He was unconscious but breathing and suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to the hospital where he later died.
Police say it appears the shooting stemmed from a dispute that occurred earlier in the evening at another location.
No arrests have been made. Anyone with information about this shooting is asked to call the homicide unit at 651-266-5650.
This is the 21st homicide of the year in the city.
