Authorities investigate fatal crash in Ham Lake, Minn.

HAM LAKE, Minn. (FOX 9) - Authorities are investigating a fatal crash Monday evening in Ham Lake, Minnesota.

According to the Anoka County Sheriff's Office, at about 4:32 p.m., authorities responded to a crash near Naples Street NE and Bunker Lake Boulevard NE in Ham Lake. 

Officials said the driver, a man, was going west on Bunker when he crashed at the Naples St NE intersection. He was declared dead at the scene.
